## Description

NOAA intends to award a sole-source contract to General Oceanics, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, using SAP up to $7.5M as authorized by FAR 13.500(a) and implemented by FAR 13.501(a). This requirement is for five (5) Automated pCO2 Underway Measuring Systems that will allow NOAA to measure partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) in surface waters on ships of opportunity.
