No telephone inquiries will be accepted, and requests for solicitation packages will not be honored at this time since no solicitation has been prepared. **PROJECT SUMMARY:** The Office of Science and Technology (OST) advocate and ensure sound scientific basis for NOAA Fisheries science programs and resource conservation and management decisions. OST closely coordinate with six (6) NOAA Fisheries science centers: Alaska, Northeast, Northwest, Pacific Islands, Southeast, and Southwest. The OST has a need for renewing the Atlassian software that requires support and has been licensed, installed, and utilized by NOAA for multiple years with dozens of projects and thousands of issues generated. Having uninterrupted access to this software suite will allow for continuity in managing projects, submitting, and tracking project issues for OST. The current Jira instance is a server-based license, hosted in the NOAA OCIO AWS cloud space. The Atlassian Suite is used by 10 FMCs across NOAA Fisheries for a wide variety of business processes, including application development, release management, helpdesk services, procurement tracking, personnel tracking, and enterprise data management.
