## Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS), National Geodetic Survey (NGS) is seeking firms highly qualified to provide shoreline mapping services to support NOAA’s mission to collect shoreline data to support the creation and maintenance of nautical charts.

This acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition basis, with the anticipation of awarding four base IDIQ contract awards.

This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, 40 U.S.C. §§ 1101-1104, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services and will be on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications of prospective firms Please reference the following attachments for additional information regarding this acquisition: 1. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on April 26, 2024. SF330 Responses are due no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, May 13, 2024. Late responses will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.215-1, Instructions to Offerors - Competitive Acquisition.

Firms having capabilities to perform this work and desiring to be considered shall submit their package electronically, via email, in readable and searchable PDF format, consisting of a completed SF330 (latest edition) submission to Frank.Burton@noaa.gov and Nicole.Lawson@noaa.gov. Submissions through FedConnect will not be accepted or reviewed.
