## Description

In accrodance with FAR 8.404-6(a)(2) DHS OIG awarded a sole source task order to Carahsoft to provide TeamMate licenses. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Inspector General (DHS-OIG) has the requirement for TeamMate licenses, maintenance as they relate to the implementation TeamMate. This award is solely for licensing and maintenance of TeamMate software that OIG currently uses. Wolters Kluwer is the software owner with exclusive rights to licensing and maintenance.
