## Description

DHS/OIG intends to award a Bridge Contract with a two month base and two option periods of two months and one month (see attached J&A). The OIG is seeking a solution for enhancing and maintaining their investigative management system, Enforcement Data System (EDS). EDS is built on an Internet Information Services (IIS) .Net platform, utilizing C#, with a SQL Server backend. The software is mature and provides full case management capabilities, including case support activities.
