We would like to procure the following items: 1. Inlet Control Valve 2. Inlet manual valve 3. Vapor Control Valve 4. Small vapor valve 5. Associated seals and bellows for all valves Interface with liquid nitrogen source 250-600 kPa Components meet requirements for flow rates and pressures during fill, stable operation with and without load.
