## Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management, and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

SLAC has a requirement for a U.S. domestic end item source of the following product: LI#1. Qty 50 (rTi03 substrate (111) single side polishing/normal 15(+0.1)x0.5t(+0.05)No breaking grooves) LI#2. Qty 95 (SrTi03 substrate (100)Single side polishing /normal 15(+0.1)x0.5t(+0.05)No breaking grooves) LI#3. Qty 5 (SrTi03 Substrate (100)Single side polishing/step 15(t0.1)x0.5t(+0.05)breakable 9 segments) LI#4.

Qty 10 (Nb:SrTi03 Substrate (111)Single side polishing/normal 15(+0.1)x0.5t(+0.05)no breaking grooves/nb 0.5wt%) LI#5. Qty 50 (NdGa03 Substrate (110)Single side polishing/normal 15(+0.1)x0.5t(+0.05)no breaking grooves) LI#6 Shipping cost The award will be made based upon the Lowest Price acceptable method. Marking of Proprietary/Confidential Information.
