This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Wonderlic for comprehensive assessment services. This notice is prepared in accordance with (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 with an industry size standard of $24m and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is R499 This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal or quotation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.
