The intended contractor for this acquisition is Southwest Research Institute, (SwRI). The Government has prepared a sole source justification in accordance with FAR 6.303. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541715 and the PSC code is AJ12. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any interested party that believes it can meet the BEP’s requirement for this acquisition, described herein, may identify themselves and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement.
