This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 561730 - Landscaping Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the Contracting Specialist no later than 01/23/26 @ 1600 PST. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment on SAM.gov. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 01/20/26 @ 1000 PST. Vendors shall meet at the gate entrance and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. Offerors are required to notify, via email, Contract Specialist Roberto Escobedo and the Aaron Shoupe (COR) of their plan to attend.
