Grounds Maintenance Services for Puerto Rico National Cemetery -- S208 Grounds Maintenance Contract Solicitation for Puerto Rico National Cemetery. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to release a commercial SDVOSB set aside solicitation for Grounds Maintenance at Puerto Rico National Cemetery.
