DNC has very limited space for staging, therefore, with multiple contractors onsite it will hinder progress and complicate communication with the facility. Therefore, no additional space would need to be expended. The CO determined that it would be in the best interest of the Government to sole source to BEU as they continue completing the current shrine project. BEU has years of experience with Raise and Realignments, turf renovation and irrigation renovation, as they have been awarded numerous projects in NCA with similar scopes of work. Their Past Performance has been rated exceptional in this line of work.
