Grounds Maintenance for the Los Angeles National Cemetery -- S208 GMC Los Angeles National Cemetery BASE YEAR + 4 OY PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform the service requirements under this contract for LANC. Service requirements include:

• Headstone Setting and Alignment, Raise, Lower, Re-Align, and Reset • Gravesite Maintenance • Turf Renovation, Fertilization, Pest Control, Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Aerification, Topdressing and Dethatching • Tree, Shrub, Planting, and Bed Maintenance • Irrigation System Management, Scheduled Maintenance, and Repair • Drainage System Maintenance • Trash & Debris Removal • Pavement Maintenance VENDOR SITE VISIT: JULY 24 (Date/time TBD)
