This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a Firm, Fixed-priced, Services contract with no option year periods. **Evaluation of Quotes:** Quotes should be submitted on vendor’s letterhead, in itemized format for each furniture item along with grand total including any delivery, installation, labor, etc. costs. Basis of Award. This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 13 procedures. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, quotes the lowest price, whose quoted price does not exceed the amount of funding available for the procurement, and whose quoted price is found to be reasonable. Quotes will be evaluated in the following manner. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: **Lowest Price Technically Acceptable** award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Non cost factors include: Lead time; Technically acceptable lead time is 6-8 weeks. **Buy American Act:** Offerors must disclose supplier in order to prevent gray market purchases.
