## Description

North Little Rock Project Book (Seismic) - Award Announcement -- C213 The AE firm shall prepare a project book to detail key information necessary to address deficiencies for Buildings 22, 39, 66, and 69. The AE firm shall study existing conditions and mission needs to determine the best course of action for correcting the seismic deficiencies in the four buildings included in this effort.

These buildings are known to be seismically and functionally deficient and are considered high risk and in need of study for development of corrective action plans that result in projects that can be approved, funded, and executed with minimal disruption to the Healthcare Center mission. The following projects are included in the Statement of Work.

Project 598-423 Correct Critical Seismic Deficiencies in Building 22 - Fire Station Project 598-424 Correct Critical Seismic Deficiencies in Building 39 - Patient Dorm Project 598-417 Correct Seismic Deficiencies in Building 66 - Clinical Support Project 598-420 Correct Seismic and Structural Deficiencies in Building 69 - Boiler Plant
