Purpose: This is a sources sought synopsis in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources for the Negotiation, Persuasion and Communication Course: 2. Requirements: 4 day in-person course on Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication conducted at Edwards AFB. Shall provide multiple modalities of instruction to include hands-on, practical application exercises. Negotiation: shall address, at a minimum, negotiation strategies, preparation, psychology, effective communication, and common errors. Persuasion: shall address, at a minimum, persuasion strategies/techniques/methods, preparation, psychology, effective communication, and common errors. Communication: techniques for effective communication, active listening skills, tone/body language/non-verbal, emotional intelligence, preparation, public speaking skills. Course material shall be relevant to students’ future roles as test leaders in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force test and acquisition enterprise. Quality of instruction shall be commensurate with that of the nation’s leading business school programs. Period of Performance Specific course dates to support two separate cohorts the weeks of 15 July 2024 (32 students) and 22 July 2024 (34 students). 3. Information requested: The Government requests interested offerors that can fully support this requirement furnish the following information: 1. Company name, DUNs number and Cage Code, address, points of contact, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Information should include a brief description of experience in providing the type of support described above. The information package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. 3.
