## Description

Please see attached Library Support Services Sources Sought Synopsis and PWS. The Government received various questions related to the Library Services effort, NOTICE ID PZIECLSS2025. The Government is posting a second RFI with updated PWS dated 12 Februrary 2026. As a result, the Government is providing the attached Q&A document, entitled RFI_QA_01Dec2025, for market research purposes. If your company has not submitted a capability statement, and would like to, please do so in accordance with "Library Support Sources Sought Synopsis".
