No other communications will be entertained. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Pre-solicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.
