\n\nThe original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for this item is Howell Instruments Inc. (CAGE: 98869), which maintains its technical configuration by part number and software version. The Government does not own any drawings, schematics, or other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. As a result, Howell Instruments Inc. is the only known source with the necessary technical data and capabilities required to satisfy the CCAs' form, fit, function, and performance requirements.

\n\nThe DLA/AWB Contracting Office intends to award a sole-source contract to Howell Instruments Inc. for the manufacture of the CCAs in support of the ECS program.
