The systems are available during core business hours, with the exception of approved downtimes for maintenance or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or COR’s proxy. All O&M activities should follow a Development and Operations (DevOps) methodology, troubleshooting issues, development and testing new features and functionality, and deploying frequently. This acquistion is for modification of the existing contract, 75P00122F80140/HHSN316201200031W. The contract ceiling will be increased by 2.4M. The period of performance will consist of a twelve (12) month period including a five (5) month base period and a seven (7) month option period. This award will be accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
