## Description

**Title:** Environmental Health and Safety Services Support Set-aside status: 8(a) small business This requirement is to procure a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide occupational safety and environmental health services to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH).

Services will enable FOH Division of Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS) to provide consultative assistance to other Federal agencies throughout the United States and United States Territories, with qualified industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental specialists as required. The contractor shall consult, plan, implement, evaluate, and certify environmental health/industrial hygiene services for Federal managers and employees.

The Contractor is required to provide professional and technical expertise in several environmental health and safety disciplines. Services may involve coordinating with a multidisciplinary team of FOH in-house providers and performers from other contractors. Work must be accomplished in accordance with FOH policies and procedures, and must be of high quality and consistency throughout the United States and United States Territories. This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR 12, as supplemented.

The anticipated period of performance for the single-award IDIQ is a five (5)-year ordering period. Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the supporting attachments.
