CD contains copyrighted information that cannot be provided by any other vendors. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period (02/01/2025 – 01/31/2026) plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 - 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal or quote.
