## Description

Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Carahsoft Technology Corp. (DUNS 088365767) to renew the subscription to LinkedIn Learning in order to continue to provide uninterrupted access to all CBP users who hold accounts for this learning and knowledge platform. The courses offered, let CBP users prepare for professional certification exams, build their own curriculum for career development and track the courses taken for future refreshers or updates.

Apart from technology and business courses, LinkedIn Learning also offers Creative courses for users interested in web design, illustration, audio and other similar topics. Additionally, LinkedIn has a separate Learning app that allows watching videos and downloading courses for offline viewing, thus making the service very useful for CBP’s mobile workforce.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by Friday, February 9, 2024 at 09:00 am Eastern Time.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Any vendors who believe they can provide the services and can provide proof of ability to meet the requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Alexander Gordon, Contract Specialist, by Friday, February 9, 2024, 2024 at 09:00 am Eastern Time.
