The agreement(s) may span a performance period of up to five (5) years, with a total estimated value not to exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) as defined under FAR 2.101, currently set at US$350,000. Individual orders (calls) placed under the BPA will not exceed the Micro-Purchase Threshold (MPT), currently set at US$15,000, unless approved by the Contracting Officer. This notice serves market research and public announcement purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) or solicitation is being issued currently. However, vendors interested in future opportunities under this BPA may submit capability statements and documentation demonstrating their qualifications. Interested Vendors To Provide: License: The Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid Commercial Registration and all applicable licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required to operate in the State of Kuwait, to provide medical examinations, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, to newaly hired employees and/or Embassy official drivers. Provide a capability statement demonstrating the Contractor's qualifications, experience, resources, and ability to successfully perform the required services in accordance with the requirements of this BPA. Complete the attached price table by providing unit prices for each listed service.
