The project consists of the remodeled and modernized installations that form part of the Incinerator and the Industrial Building that houses it. The objective of this project is to assist host nations with the enhancement of infrastructure and specialized facilities that strengthen their operational capacity to manage counter-narcotics operations and secure hazardous material disposal within their borders.
