Dear Prospective Offeror, The U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka invites you to submit proposals for a brand new low roof cargo van (right-hand driven).

**Deliver to:**

U.S. Embassy in Sri Lanka, No. 210 Galle Road, Colombo 3, Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time: September 22, 2026, at 09:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the address below on or before the due date and time. For bids above $40,000, vendors should possess SAM registration. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
