Background CDC South Africa manages a large U.S. Government public health portfolio requiring strong operational controls across IT asset management and procurement oversight. Strengthening internal controls, documentation integrity, and review safeguards remains a priority to enhance compliance, accountability, and audit readiness. CDC South Africa requires short-term advisory support to conduct targeted assessments and provide structured recommendations and practical tools in the areas of IT asset lifecycle management and procurement oversight. 2. Objective The objective is to obtain specialized advisory services to: Strengthen IT asset lifecycle management controls Improve procurement review safeguards and documentation standards Provide practical tools, templates, and implementation guidance for leadership consideration This is a non-personal services engagement.
