Build resiliency in areas vulnerable to foreign propaganda, with an emphasis on safeguarding the use of AI technologies. Empower partners with innovative solutions that enhance their ability to counter foreign propaganda and increase audience awareness and confidence in accurate, trustworthy information about the United States and its foreign policy. The program will enable the Office of Public Diplomacy to identify and test a tool capable of systematically assessing weekly trending narratives on TikTok, Telegram, and Instagram within the Kazakh information environment. The solution must assess and evaluate propaganda spreading in Kazakh and Russian languages on popular social media platforms. It should characterize the content, reach, engagement, and impact of trending narratives in digital media.
