RFQ NO. PR15559635 – AMERICA250 – CULTURAL FESTIVAL ABU DHABI CORNICHE Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a qualified vendor to design, deliver, and document a large-scale, public America250 Cultural Festival at Abu Dhabi’s Corniche in the United Arab Emirates, in fall 2025. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions given in the RFQ, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address specified in the RFQ.

Quotations are due on September 17, 2025 by 10:00 am local time (UAE). No quotes will be accepted after this time. You must submit the questions related to this REQ via email to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov no later than 4:00 pm local time on September 8, 2025.
