The offeror shall provide a refurbishment of a building in Portoviejo, including but not limited to the management and construction service necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe. The successful offeror shall perform all construction services including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to complete the Refurbishment of a building in Portoviejo, Ecuador including renovation of dormitories and office spaces, to strengthen the operational capacity of the unit.
