The price offered shall be tax-free. As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $30,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov. Please the prospective offerors register in SAM.gov prior to submitting quotations/proposals. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
