## Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of International Conference Service in Singapore. The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services. Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details.

Please submit your quote electronically to the following email address KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – International Conference Service in Singapore” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office no later than 12:00 pm on September 15, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after that time.
