## Description

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Event Management Services – America 250 Semiquicentennial Tour. The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services. Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. The Embassy intends to conduct a virtual pre-bid conference on August 14, 2025, at 9:30 AM.

No quotations will be accepted after that time.
