The contractor shall complete services on the schedule below. The visits must be equally spread out over the course of the period of performance. The contractor cannot combine multiple site visits into a single site visit. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference. Information about the pre-proposal conference will be included in the Solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
