The Embassy of the United States in Suriname, Paramaribo is seeking a firm to provide legal services in relation to the acquisition of up to eight detached houses in PARAMARIBO, SURINAME Services required include:

guidance in the acquisition process relating to the applicable laws in PARAMARIBO, SURINAME; document drafting and revising; assistance in negotiations; property title searches and certifications; preparing and registering all appropriate documents required for formal transfer of interests in the property participate in related meetings and/or negotiations; and review and translation of any homeowner association bylaws
