## Description

The U.S. Department of State intends to award a sole source purchase order to Vectrus Services A/S, located at Strandvejen 125, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark, for the provision of transient lodging services at Pituffik Space Base, Greenland. The estimated total award amount is $50,505.00 USD.

**Period of Performance:** March 26, 2025 – March 29, 2025 This requirement supported a high-level official delegation. Due to secure operational considerations, this notice is being posted following the conclusion of the visit. The services were necessary to accommodate U.S. Government personnel on site. Vectrus Services A/S is the only available source with the capability to provide lodging on Pituffik Space Base. The location’s remote Arctic environment limits viable alternatives.

No other vendors were identified during market research as being capable of fulfilling the requirement. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements by submitting a capability statement. Responses received may be used for future market research purposes only.
