The contractor/vendor shall provide all mentioned services as per the detailed Statement of Work, which will be added when full solicitation is published. The U.S. Government may award the contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Deilvery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract for its duration.
