## Description

The U.S. Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi is seeking proposals from General Contractors for comprehensive renovation works at U.S. Government residence 10/150. The RFP has been updated. The scope of work includes:

**Window Replacement:** Removal of wooden window frames and installation of aluminum frames with laminated glass and ‘Clear Guard’ screens (updated)

**Flooring:** Replacement of existing parquet tiles with ceramic tiles Driveway: Installation of new pavers, ensuring proper leveling, and compaction (updated)

**Electrical Works:** Upgrade to electrical systems (updated)

**Perimeter Wall:** Repair and rebuild damaged sections of the perimeter wall Guardrails: Installation of guardrails along the driveway Fascia Board Replacement (new)

**Painting:** Interior, Exterior Attached is the updated RFP.
