## Description

PR15115477 Cell Phone Services The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires mobile telephone services including voice calls, international voice calls, voice mail, text messaging, data service including 5G options, etc. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of two one-year optional periods of performance and will be expected to commence no later than April, 2025. All service providers that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service.

At a minimum, each offeror (not a subcontractor or affiliate) must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal: Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in HUNGARY; Have all local licenses and permits required by local Hungarian law; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America; Offerors will be requested to file a National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) declaration of not providing or using covered Chinese telecommunications technology and equipment as detailed in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) clause 52.204-25; Offerors will have to certify that they comply with U.S. federal anti-discrimination laws and do not operate DEI programs that violate any U.S. anti.-discrimination laws.

Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work. Have no adverse criminal record.
