The work includes but is not limited to: Removing all existing wood and louvered windows in the main residence and appropriately disposing of waste material. Supplying new aluminum frame windows conforming to the specification below, and all trim, gaskets, hardware, screens, and other materials necessary for installation. Installing the new aluminum frame windows in a good and workmanlike manner such that the windows and window openings interior and exterior are fully finished. Final cleanup up the site and closeout of the project.
