## Description

Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit proposal for supply of Brand-new Electric driven Order Picking Truck pertaining of attached specifications. Please refer the attached for the specifications. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.

Delivery within 2-3 Months Payment within 3-4 weeks upon delivery of the vehicle Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.

Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA. Delivery to, American Embassy Colombo No.210 Galle Road, Colombo 3 Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time August 21, 2024, at 17:00 hrs Sri Lankan time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
