The Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan will launch the solicitation on the https://tm.usembassy.gov/ and https://sam.gov/ websites when it is available. No responses are requested by this notice. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan is going to procure Spare parts for Lighting and HVAC equipment. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on August 14, 2024 This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Turkmenistan and System for Award Management (SAM). No paper copies will be mailed. The Embassy intends to award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract/purchase order. This is not a request for quotation; this is for pre-solicitation / informational purposes only. No award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
