## Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for SUV 7-seater Vehicle (Quantity 2) for US Embassy, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. If you would like to submit a quotation, please complete the required portions of the attached documents, and submit your offer to:

DarProcurementBid@state.gov. Please use ONLY the address provided above to send your offer. Include the name of your company and the solicitation number in the subject line of your e-mail. Offers sent to any other email addresses may not be considered valid. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

Price and specifications of items as requested under section I and II, Statement of Work CLAUSES FOR PURCHASE ORDERS AND BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AWARDED BY OVERSEAS CONTRACTING ACTIVITIES Warranty statement Delivery Schedule Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.

Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission will deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed price type of purchase order. Quotations are due by July 25, 2024, by 17:00 hours Eastern Africa Time. Electronic submissions should be sent to DarProcurementBid@state.gov on the e-mail subject line state that the submission is for RFQ:
