## Description

The American Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has a requirement for contractors to provide fuel service, including computerized administration and management, using electronic or magnetic cards with chip as a means of intermediating payment. We prefer gas stations located Downtown (Castelo) or South Zone (Flamengo/Botafogo/Copacabana). The contractor must be registered on SAM.GOV prior to the award and be able to provide the services requested locally, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The Consulate plans to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) . You are encouraged to make your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusion with other potential offerors with regard to price quotations to be submitted. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) does not commit the American Consulate to make any award. The Consulate reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, or any part of it, without notice.

If you or your firm are interested in participating in this process (PR12659307), and to receive a copy of the RFQ package, you must send an email message to RioProcurement@state.gov no later than 15 calendar days after this announcement is posted online. The RFQ package will be forwarded to all interested parties from the 16th day on. Upon receipt of the RFQ, please read it carefully, and if interested, submit your quotation. Oral quotations will not be accepted.
