## Description

See attached the Justification and Approval for US Mission Zambia Local Guard Services, which extends services to G4S Secure Integration LLC by four (4) months from July 1, 2024 through October 31, 2024, and establishes eight (8) 1-month Optional periods up-to June 30, 2025, if needed. The extension is needed in order for proposals recieved under solicitation 19AQMM24R0003 to be evaluated and awarded, and the successful contractor provided a 90-day transition period to stand-up.
