Proposals for Supplying Two Units of Brand-new Right Hand Drive Double Cab/Pickup Truck The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for Supplying Two Units of Brand-new Right Hand Drive Double Cab/Pickup Truck as per attached specification sheet. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Payment terms: within 2-3 weeks upon delivery of the vehicle Delivery: within 3-4 Months from the award date Bids valued $30,000.00 or above vendors must possess an active SAM registration.

Guidelines for SAM registration attached. Delivery to, American Embassy Colombo No.210 Galle Road Colombo 3 Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time: On or before August 5th, 2024, at 1700 hours Local Time. Email your quotes to the below email address on or before due date and time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.

We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
