## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Brand Justification - CISCO In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2), Department of State, US Consulate General Hermosillo intends to award a sole source brand justification firm fixed price purchase order based on a competition process to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer, technically qualified, at the lowest price for the acquisition of : 4 (four) CISCO C9200L-24P- PoE+, 4 x 1G 1 (one) CISCO C9500 16-Port 10Gig Items must be rack mountable, Energy Efficient.

Quote shall include all necessary software/hardware for the switches to be installed and running, also all costs including transportation and delivery in Brownsville TX 78521, specifying delivery date. Interested companies should submit their proposal to hermogsocontracts@state.gov along with a) 889 Rep/Certif. and b) Cybersecurity Supply Chaing Risk Management (S-SCRM) Questionnaire (attached). Quotes must be submitted no later than Jul 11 2024.
