Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for Brand new Right Hand Driven Vehicle pertaining to the attached specification sheet. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt. Payment within 3-4 weeks upon delivery of the vehicle. Delivery to,American Embassy Colombo No.210 Galle Road, Colombo 3 Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time June 8, at 15:00 hrs local time. Email your quote to the below email address on or before due date and time.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
