## Description

Dear Prospective Offeror, The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit Proposals for Brand New Right Hand Driven Hybrid Crossover SUV pertaining of attached specifications. Please refer the attached file for the specifications. Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.

Delivery within 4-5 months Payment within 3-4 weeks upon delivery of the vehicle Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102 for offers over $30,000. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.

Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Also, offeror should be complaint with NDAA. Delivery to, American Embassy Colombo No.210 Galle Road, Colombo 3 Sri Lanka Quotation due date and time June 17, 2024, at 17:00 hrs local time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
