## Description

The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain scaffolding, façade painting and lacquer work for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at Gelfertstr. 43, 14195 Berlin, Germany. This project involves the painterly renovation of the wooden structure, as well as the windows, shutters, the entrance portico, the gable and the roof overhang. In order to have access the scaffold will be erected. All work has to be performed according to:
